RSD Black Friday 2025 Event Details - November 28, 2025

Mark your calendars for RSD Black Friday 2025, happening on Friday, November 28, 2025! This annual event celebrates the culture of independent record stores and offers music lovers a chance to get their hands on limited edition releases just in time for the holidays.

What is RSD Black Friday?

RSD Black Friday is an annual event that takes place on the Friday after Thanksgiving. While smaller than Record Store Day events in April, it gives vinyl fans a chance to get out to their favorite local record stores and find a gift for someone, or even themself. 

GOOD TASTE Records will have extended hours for the day from 9am until 6pm so that early birds can get a jump start on the exclusives and others can shop their gift list.

What Can You Expect in 2025?

From limited edition vinyl records to rare collectibles and over 1000+ used albums all cleaned up and ready to find a new home, there will be something for every music lover to enjoy. The same rules apply for as they do at Record Store Day: 1 copy per title per person, no holds, no pre-orders. RSD Black Friday titles are also excluded from our Buy4/Save10% promotion on new albums. While all titles will be exclusive in-store on November 28, any remaining stock that we have available will be added to our goodtasterecords.com on Saturday, November 29. We will continue to enforce 1 copy per title per order and will cancel all orders should there be attempts to bypass this limit, as outlined in our shipping policies.
