Taylor's red-hot era, where country met big pop
- Taylor Swift's eclectic 2012 fourth album on double vinyl
- Collaborators include Max Martin, Dan Wilson, Ed Sheeran, and Mark Foster
- A pivotal pop and country crossover, including We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together
Red is Taylor Swift's fourth album, a 2012 release pressed here on double vinyl. Swift co-wrote it with collaborators from across the musical spectrum, including Dan Wilson, Butch Walker, Max Martin, Lori McKenna, Ed Sheeran and Mark Foster of Foster the People, and it is the most eclectic set of her early career. It ranges from the soaring, U2-style "State of Grace" to a tender duet with Ed Sheeran, with one track even nodding to a dubstep-style bass breakdown. The lead single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" became one of her signature pop crossover moments. A pivotal record where country met big pop.
