The Atomic Bitchwax originally formed in the mid-90s as a side project of veterans from a thriving New Jersey stoner-rock scene, and quickly carved out their own reputation with a handful of searing releases and a near-constant road ethic. The lineup features founder Chris Kosnik on bass and vocals, with Bob Pantella on drums and Garrett Sweeny on guitar. This reissue of the trio's fifth album, from 2011, delivers their blistering, virtuosic sound as a single glorious 42-minute instrumental track, "The Local Fuzz," which strings 50 riffs back to back. Remixed, remastered, and pressed on crimson red vinyl with new artwork by renowned rock artist Alan Forbes.
