Electronic-rock duo Phantogram emerged in early 2010 with their debut album Eyelid Movies, praised everywhere from Pitchfork to NPR, and spent the following year and a half building a reputation as a tremendous live band. Nightlife is a six-track mini-LP, released as the band headed back out on tour, that bridges the debut and what would come next while expanding their moody, beat-driven indie-electronic sound.
