Recorded over a ten-day retreat at Panoramic House in Stinson Beach with producer Sonny DiPerri (My Bloody Valentine, M83, Kurt Vile), it is the band's darkest and most substantial work yet, blending atmospheric textures with post-rock catharsis across themes of divorce, upheaval, and uncertainty. Mike and Nate Kinsella, Steve Lamos, and Steve Holmes are joined by guest vocalists Brendan Yates of Turnstile, Wisp, and Rainer Maria's Caithlin de Marrais. This Red Color pressing comes in a gatefold jacket with a digital download card, and is essential for anyone who came up on LP1.
