The gold standard of 1990s Japanese ambient techno, now officially reissued on analog vinyl. Rika Kayama, a psychiatrist at the Hobetsu Medical Clinic in Mukawa-cho, Hokkaido, supervised and produced the music. The main composer and arranger is Masayuki Sakamoto, a renowned producer, arranger, and keyboard player also known for his 1987 album PSYCHE, who was featured on NHK's music program Sound Street in a special on demo tapes introduced by Ryuichi Sakamoto. Kayama also teamed with her brother Keigai Nakatsuka to compose. This fills a missing piece of 90s Japanese techno and house, and lands squarely for fans of Soichi Terada and Shinichiro Yokota.
