Lords of Acid - Voodoo-U (Special Remastered Band Edition) (Translucent Red Color) Vinyl LP
Still outrageous, still all about sex, drugs, and rock & roll
- Special Remastered Band Edition in Translucent Red Color on Metropolis Records
- 1994 second album from Belgian electronic-industrial pioneers Lords of Acid
- Essential reissue for fans of 90s industrial, EBM, and electronic music
Voodoo-U is the second album from legendary Belgian electronic band Lords of Acid, first released in 1994. Lyrically, the band keeps their outrageous sex-and-drugs theme, but musically they move from the acid house and rave sounds of their debut Lust to a heavier, harder industrial style, with distorted guitars and pounding beats driving tracks like Do What You Wanna Do, Out Comes the Evil and the title track. This Special Remastered Band Edition adds bonus tracks selected from the B-sides of the album's singles, pressed on translucent red color vinyl.
