Limited black vinyl, 750 copies. Another sublime slice of 1980s new-age synthwave from Trunk Records, by an artist and library company few have heard of. Peter Patzer was unusual: an artist and musician who made his own music and issued it himself on his own library label, Crea Music, based in Bremen, North Germany. Across a series of eight white-vinyl LPs in the 1980s, all housed in the same simple red, white, and blue sleeves, Patzer created synth-heavy experiments for possible use in film, TV, and video, traveling from outer space to post-disco funk and beyond. Unearthed by Jonny Trunk during his research for the expanded edition of The Music Library book.
