Keith Sweat discovered this Atlanta female trio, Athena Cage, Lavonn Battle, and Tabitha Duncan, but Kut Klose had far more going for them than their mentor's name. 1995's Surrender, their lone album, has become a cult R&B classic, with tight production from the H.O.P. team, Eric McCaine, Fitzgerald Scott, and Sweat laying down sultry, stay-in-for-the-night grooves. "I Like" was the hit. Never released on vinyl in the U.S., it arrives here in a light blue pressing remastered for vinyl with a printed inner sleeve.
