X is the one Kylie album that never made it to vinyl, until now. Released in 2007, it is her most electronic record: high-gloss synths, vocoders and a late-2000s club sheen that has aged into something like a time capsule. 2 Hearts opens it with a stomping glam throb, In My Arms and Wow carry the singles, Like a Drug slinks along underneath, and Cosmic closes the whole thing out on a long exhale.
