Album Facts
Queen - Greatest Hits 2 Vinyl LP
Under Pressure to Radio Ga Ga: Queen's second decade of anthems
- Vinyl pressing of Queen's 1991 Greatest Hits II compilation on Parlophone
- Career-spanning collection of the band's 80s era through their final pre-Mercury-death recordings
- Includes A Kind of Magic, I Want It All, Radio Ga Ga, and Under Pressure with David Bowie
Greatest Hits II is the companion to Queen's first hits collection, gathering the band's singles from 1981 to 1991. Released in 1991, just weeks before Freddie Mercury's death, it captures a band still stretching out: the Bowie duet Under Pressure, the synth-driven Radio Ga Ga, the stomp of I Want It All, and the arena-sized I Want to Break Free and A Kind of Magic. Who Wants to Live Forever and These Are the Days of Our Lives bring the drama and the tenderness. A second chapter that stands on its own, pressed across two LPs.
