After being introduced by a mutual friend, Balearic maestros Smith & Mudd were invited to contribute to KPM's Album Shorts project, and Be With Records brings the result to vinyl. The album is dedicated to time the pair spent with Holger Czukay at Can's famous Inner Space Studio near Cologne, and it gathers breezy, soulful Balearic themes built from sun-dappled melodies, warm pianos, and sweeping strings, with live violin and cello captured in improvisational takes. Cut by Pete Norman and housed in a classic KPM green sleeve on 140g vinyl.
