Double Infinity is the sound of Big Thief opening the doors. The band spent three winter weeks at New York's Power Station, riding bikes in from Brooklyn, and tracked everything live with an expanded circle of players, including ambient pioneer Laraaji on zither and drones, playing nine hours a day and improvising arrangements together. Longtime collaborator Dom Monks produced, engineered and mixed. Adrianne Lenker's songs reach toward inner and outer worlds, beauty, regret and time, and the whole record breathes like a room full of people listening to each other. Indie exclusive green vinyl.
