Richard Last Group's Get Ready is one of the rarest LPs from the golden age of Italian progressive rock, a revolutionary period for the genre both in Italy and internationally. Founded in Milan in 1969 as Duu Duu, the band became Richard Last Group two years later when singer Maurizio Calò, who later called himself Richard Coley, joined. Get Ready is the band's only album; due to numerous line-up changes during the sessions, the group had practically dissolved by autumn 1972, and this little hidden gem only resurfaced toward the end of the 90s.
