Talking Book is Stevie Wonder's 1972 fifteenth album, the record where he seized full creative control at Motown and began his legendary classic run. His keyboards define the sound, from the synthesizers that give Maybe Your Baby its funky edge to the Hohner clavinet on Superstition, one of the definitive recordings of the instrument. You Are the Sunshine of My Life is one of his sweetest love songs, and Jeff Beck, Ray Parker Jr., David Sanborn and Buzz Feiten guest. This limited repressing is newly remastered from the original analog tapes and includes the Braille inscriptions from the first pressing.
