For Fans Of
Arriving three years after their iconic debut, Descendents' I Don't Want To Grow Up was originally released on D. Boon and Mike Watt's New Alliance Records. Recorded after vocalist Milo Aukerman returned from college, it is the first of two Descendents records to feature guitarist Ray Cooper, and it leans even harder into the band's gift for irresistible melody, with a brighter sound than Milo Goes To College. That evolution helped them sidestep any sophomore slump and only strengthened their already-cemented legacy.
