Angels with Dirty Faces is the haunting 1998 album from Bristol trip-hop pioneer Tricky, a dark and unrelenting record that adds skittering jungle loops and hardcore hip-hop beats to his dub-warped sound, expanding into a nightmarish blend of hip-hop, dub, electronica, rock, and gospel. This 2LP, repressed for the first time on orange vinyl, includes two tracks left off the original CD, "Peyote Sings" and "Taxi." Martina Topley-Bird returns on vocals, joined by PJ Harvey on "Broken Homes," Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian on "Carriage for Two," and Marc Ribot on guitar, alongside a cover of Slick Rick's "The Moment I Feared."
