"Jarome, what TIME is IT?" Morris Day and The Time were more than just associate acts with Prince, they were innovators and part of the growing Minneapolis sound that they forming (even if by Prince's direct attention). While it may be difficult to stand out alongside the purple one, Morris Day and The Time held their own with the cocky-but-always-cool demeanor that showed that having style did not come at the expense of substance. Songs like "Cool" and "Girl" are here in their original form as well as in additional edits on this red and white colored remastered set.
