Amyl & The Sniffers - Comfort To Me Vinyl LP
Heavier and more awesome than their debut, according to them
- Vinyl pressing of Amyl & The Sniffers' acclaimed album Comfort To Me
- Tighter more refined chaos building on their punk-pub-rock blueprint
- Essential modern-punk pickup with Amy Taylor at her most ferocious
Comfort to Me is the 2021 second album from Melbourne pub-punk band Amyl and The Sniffers, and it opens with Amy Taylor declaring that energy is her currency. After their self-titled 2019 debut, the band built a reputation one sweaty club and festival at a time, and this record bottles that chaotic, jaw-dropping live show. Guard Dog, Security, Hertz and Knifey are short, sharp and hooky, mixing old-school Aussie rock, punk snarl and Taylor's funny, furious, unguarded lyrics. Loud, joyful and confrontational, it is a modern punk essential. Standard black vinyl.
