Dillagence II finishes a conversation that began in 2007. Busta Rhymes held onto more than 300 beats J Dilla gave him before his passing, and with the blessing of the Yancey estate he built a full album on them, with Dilla's mother Maureen Yancey on the intro and outro. Busta bends his delivery around Dilla's off-kilter swing, and the guest list reads like a family reunion: D'Angelo on This Woman, plus Lil Wayne, Common, Anderson .Paak, Big Sean, Ludacris, Talib Kweli, Jon Batiste and Slum Village's T3, with Karriem Riggins, Black Milk and Kev Brown on the boards. Pressed on double black vinyl.
