Minecraft Volume Beta is the second soundtrack collection from C418, the name Daniel Rosenfeld records under, gathering music added to Minecraft during its later updates along with a few pieces that never made it into the game. Originally self-released in 2013, it ranges wider than Volume Alpha: drifting ambient passages sit beside brighter electronic pop patterns and neo-classical piano sketches. The full collection runs well over two hours, so this Ghostly International edition is adapted to fit two LPs. Pressed on red, orange and yellow splatter vinyl, it makes a natural partner to Volume Alpha on any soundtrack shelf.
