Casiopea - The Party Vinyl LP
Casiopea's third act opens, and the rhythm section hits harder.
- Casiopea's 1990 album, the first with Yoshihiro Naruse and Masaaki Hiyama
- Includes Cyber Zone and Flush Up
- First ever vinyl pressing
The Party is the first album of Casiopea's third act. After ALFA and Polydor the band moved to Pioneer LDC in 1990, with Yoshihiro Naruse on bass and Masaaki Hiyama on drums, and the new rhythm section pushed everything harder. "Cyber Zone" is still a live staple and "Flush Up" spent two years as the theme for the ANN program 530 Station. Issei Noro and Minoru Mukaiya sound entirely unbothered by having done this for a decade already. First ever vinyl pressing. Street date: November 6.
