Never Enough is Daniel Caesar's third album and the first he made after signing to a major, though it sounds like the opposite of a big-budget move. He recorded much of it alone after lockdown, with Raphael Saadiq, Sir Dylan, Sevn Thomas, Rami Yacoub and his younger brother Zachary Simmonds filling in around him, and across fifteen tracks he keeps the temperature low. Do You Like Me? and Let Me Go carry the singles, Toronto 2014 and Buyer's Remorse do the quiet damage, and Ocho Rios opens the record like weather moving in. Pressed on orange vinyl across two LPs.
