Ecca Vandal cut her second album in a producer's childhood bedroom in Melbourne, on a connection too slow to bother with the feed, and Looking For People To Unfollow sounds like exactly that kind of deliberate disconnection. The South African born, Australia based artist collides punk and hip-hop without warning, screaming through "Sorry! Crash!" and dropping a melodic rap flow over high velocity percussion on "Okay Not To Be Okay," then pulling back into R&B haze on "Levitate Part 1 + 2."
