Ezra Collective's fourth album is their most ambitious, built as three movements that trace Black music from West Africa through the Caribbean and home to London. Femi and TJ Koleoso, Joe Armon-Jones, James Mollison and Ife Ogunjobi recorded much of it at Miraval in southern France, pulling highlife, afrobeat, reggae and salsa into the horn-led sound they have spent a decade sharpening.
