Fischerspooner - #1 (Hot Pink Color) (RSD Black Friday 2026) Vinyl LP
The electroclash blueprint: sleek synths, wit and dance-floor nerve
Demon Records are delighted to partner with electronic music pioneers Fischerspooner on a reappraisal of their hugely influential and endlessly inventive catalogue. The first release to be announced is this tasty hot pink vinyl reissue of the album that started it all: 2000's peerless '#1'. THE definitive electroclash studio album from THE definitive electroclash band... can it really be 25 years since Fischerspooner spearheaded a synth revolution for a new generation? #1 includes one of the defining EDM dance anthems of all time in the shape of Emerge, but there's so much more besides. Wire cover versions, ambient diversions, wit, wisdom, sensuality and the millennial zeitgeist running deep in every groove. Unavailable on vinyl since 2003.
