The debut that introduced 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Russel Hobbs and Noodle in March 2001, when Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett launched a band that existed only in drawings. Produced with Dan the Automator, it mixes dub, trip-hop, punk and hip-hop across 'Clint Eastwood', '19-2000' and 'Tomorrow Comes Today', with Del the Funky Homosapien stepping in on the first of those. This brick & mortar exclusive puts the whole album on a white cassette shell wrapped in the record's camouflage print, a natural fit for an album that still sounds best on headphones. A 2026 edition of the 2001 original.
