In Colour is the 2015 debut solo album from Jamie xx, the producer behind The xx's hushed sound, and it plays like a love letter to UK club culture seen through a rain-streaked window. Gosh rides a pirate-radio sample into a soaring synth climax, Loud Places with Romy turns longing into a dancefloor anthem, and I Know There's Gonna Be (Good Times), with Young Thug and Popcaan, became a summer staple. Garage, house, dub and steel drums all fold into the mix. This remastered edition is on Young Turks.
