Jammin' Sam Miller rebuilt Koji Kondo's 1991 Zelda score from scratch, note by note, without sampling a second of the original audio. He tracked down the equipment used on the SNES sessions, translated the MIDI into a modern studio, layered his own keyboards over it, then remixed and remastered the whole thing. What comes out is familiar and completely new at once, twenty-seven cues from the title theme through Hyrule Field and the Dark World.
