Kelis's sixth album, from April 2014, and her first for Ninja Tune. Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio produced the whole thing at his house in Los Angeles, and the result is rootsy without being retro: live horns and gospel organ pushed up against electronics, with Kelis singing more plainly than she ever had. Jerk Ribs, Rumble and Friday Fish Fry came off it. This is the independent store edition, which adds a second disc of remixes from Machinedrum, Will Saul, Breach, Ben Pearce, Mount Kimbie and Actress.
