Leroy Burgess had already shaped the sound of boogie as a writer and arranger for Black Ivory, Phreek, and Dazzle before he made this one under his own project name. Logg is the peak: six tracks of breezy synths, funk-drenched bass, and gospel-derived harmony, cut with Sonny Davenport on drums and James Calloway on bass. "Dancing Into The Stars" and "I Know You Will" have been in serious DJ crates for forty years. Be With Records reissues it at 180 gram, mastered by Simon Francis.
