Best Day Ever is the 2011 mixtape that turned Mac Miller from a Pittsburgh name into a national one: sixteen bright, sample-driven tracks with production from ID Labs, Just Blaze and Chuck Inglish, and guest spots from Wiz Khalifa and Phonte. It carries the title track and Donald Trump, the song that became his calling card in those early years. Rostrum Records later remastered the tape for its first official physical release, and this edition presses it as a 2xLP on lavender vinyl. Carefree, warm and full of youthful swagger, it is the sound of a young MC having the time of his life.
