Maribou State - Hallucinating Love (Indie Exclusive) CD
Seven years in the making, and every bit as warm as Portraits.
- Indie exclusive CD edition of Maribou State's third album on Ninja Tune
- The London duo's first album since Kingdoms in Colour in 2018
- Warm, live-leaning electronica built for long listens
Hallucinating Love is the third album from Maribou State and their first since Kingdoms in Colour in 2018. The London duo of Chris Davids and Liam Ivory spent years shaping it, and the result is their most expansive record yet: warm, live-leaning electronica built from organic samples, rolling percussion and soft-focus vocals, made for long listens rather than quick drops. It keeps the melodic ease that defined Portraits while pushing the arrangements wider and brighter. Released on Ninja Tune in 2025, this is the indie exclusive CD edition, a fine way into one of UK electronica's most dependable acts.
