Dark Side of the Spoon closed out Ministry's Warner Bros. years in 1999, and it is a strange, bruised record. The industrial machinery is still running, but the grooves are heavier and slower, and Al Jourgensen sounds like he is arguing with the mix. 'Bad Blood' found a second life on a film soundtrack, and 'Supermanic Soul' is as close to fun as this band gets. This expanded two-disc edition carries an etching on one side, out for Rocktober 2026. Street date: October 30.
