Sessions started in Nashville, took shape at a retreat in Big Bear with Jared Solomon, Jack DeMeo, Jamie McLaughlin and Gigi Grombacher, moved to Electric Lady in New York and finished in Joshua Tree. The group cooked together and passed microphones around the kitchen, and the eleven songs carry that looseness: warmer and more spacious than Big Ideas, built on live playing rather than studio assembly.
